I mean, you could just downgrade to the amex green or just use the freedom and get a csp if you want to be able to transfer amex points

    2. Get the citi strata premiere $95 annual fee 3x earning for restaurants and groceries earning valuable Citi points.

Amex Green if you want to pay lower AF than Gold. Amex BBP if you don’t want to pay AF but still want MR points. Other dining cards are Cap1 Savor and CSP.

What about the Wells Fargo autograph? 3x dining and travel no annual fee or foreign transaction fees.

    5. Bilt Obsidian would be good. If you’re willing to put your rent or mortgage on it, it’s 4.33x for a $95 fee. If not, you can use the accelerator for 4x.

Maybe the palladium for the SUB on the first year, and you could use the cash for rent+accelator to get 4.33x on everything for a bit.

Capital One Savor or Citi Strata Premier if you’re okay with going into a different point ecosystem. Strata Premeir has a $95 AF but a $100 hotel credit.

Unless you actually value the Clear credit then I’d avoid the Amex Green.
