Can you get the RH Gold Credit Card in the state of Georgia?

I saw that it used to be restricted in a few states, I’m wondering if that’s still the case. The reason I’m asking is that I’ve reached out to Robinhood on twitter and Facebook and they both say I’m not eligible at this time. Been on the waitlist \~ a year, have an 820 credit score, and haven’t gotten a new card in over a year. So no idea why I’m not eligible, but would like to hear from others.
