US BANK CLI request takes forever to clear after denial, does this happen to anyone else?

I applied for a CLI on my US Bank card that has had a 500 cl for 2 years but I forgot to unfreeze my TransUnion report to do the pull. Its been a month since I got insta denied in the app but it doesn't allow me to request another, it just says "Someone is looking into your request". I don't have a branch close by and I should probably just call them. I find US Bank to be the most randomly inconveniencing credit card issuer. They have so many small oddities, like $25 min cash back redemption, cash back takes forever to post after purchases and now this weird CLI issue.
