My ex and I signed a 2 year lease until august of 2027. Any way to get out of it?

We signed a 2-year lease last july to go until august of 2027 (we were planning on getting married in August of this year) but we broke up in March. Is there any way for us to get out of this lease without being on the hook for the entire remainder of the lease term? We are in PA.
