By a wealth layer, I mean every asset could be denominated in terms of BTC. Also, every decentralized stablecoin could be backed by Bitcoin.

Every asset can also be described in BTC value now
I am doing this for years, hence why i sold all my alt coins for BTC during the trump pump
Everything is going to zero if you measure it in btc
