I am still on save due on November 2028. my friends got emails but not me. do they planning to send out the rest of us after June ?
Why I am not receiving any emails about choosing other plans.

I haven’t got an email yet either. I have edfinancial for a loan servicer and I’ve seen other people who have edfinancial on here who have gotten emails. I’m sure the email is coming.

The emails will be sent out in waves. They’re not going to send them all at once because there are millons in SAVE forbearance. It would be a nightmare if everybody were to switch at once because there isn’t enough staff to process all those changes and it’s not all automated. With how understaffed the Education and Treasury departments are I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people don’t get the switch email until next year.
Best case scenario would be a total blue sweep in Congress come November. Then there is a chance SAVE could be codified into law someday.
