different start dates

Hello, has anyone been in a situation where your funds won't be disbursed before the payment due date? I have enough to cover the whole semester but I'm taking fast track classes. only 1 class has started and 2 start next month. the problem is the billing dept sent me an email saying all payments are due may 1st or they will drop me from future terms as well as apply a fee and financial hold on my account…has anyone dealt with this before?
