The title says it. I’ve made mistakes along the way, but I’m pleased with my returns. I didn’t trade options or anything fancy. I bought Seagate technology early and I’m up over 400%. I’ve done well on Micron, AMD and Celestica. I’m about 40% in ETF’s, 60% in individual stocks. That’s mostly because several of the stocks took off. This is the last year of my taxable account. To be fair, 45 K was contributed this year. My picture didn’t turn out very good.

I’m curious because I’ve never gone beyond the random articles on seeking alpha. What is their quant system? Is this like a second layer of subscription or what.
My problem with stocks now is I see two very different futures the world could take.
What’s the next play?
I think quant is a lagging indicator system that works well in bull markets the question is what happens when the market flips
ok… what do you want us to do with this information?
I went from 900k to 2.2M in 3 years 🤷🏻♂️
You made money in the biggest bull market in history? wow amazing, congratulations woulda never guessed
Can you explain how you used the quant system? Do you just keep buying the top quant stocks every month and never sell? What if the same stocks keep coming up or the stocks get removed from the list?
If you had just put it in an index fund your last 12 months would look the same.
