Discussion about pennies and not getting your full change back.

What does everyone think about the end on pennies circulation?

I'm also curious if it bothers anybody else when they are supposed to get some pennies back and the cashier just rounds it..

If you're due three cents and don't get it, does it bother you?

I feel like if you don't have enough change to give somebody their change back then you should always round up.
