Invest in renewable ETFs and key materials associated with farming (fertilisers, seeds, etc). Supply chains will be rewired with energy costs remaining high for years. Food prices has only increased.
I don’t think anyone has adapted yet planning wise to the idea that anyone can tear down a lot on the cheap at a distance. It changes everything but it’s such a mental model shift to overcome.
