So the current SUB is 50k Bilt Points and $300 Bilt Cash. The card also comes with an annual $200 Bilt Cash. Does this mean once approved you get $500 Bilt Cash total?
So I can instantly turn the card into 3X on everything up to $5,000 using $200 Bilt Cash and have $300 Bilt Cash to decide if I want to stay with Bilt Cash or Housing-only rewards?
If I'm understanding correctly the card is pretty goated.

Yes.

Unless you have fixed, predictable spend at 25-37.5% or 50-56% of rent, then you should just go Bilt cash option because it will yield more points anyways. Hitting those cutoffs is not worth micromanaging spend levels unless you will have consistent and fixed spend on the card every month.
