Each company that gets tariff refunds should be required to refund customers 100% of what they upcharged them.

I’ve had this morbid curiosity for a long time. How many times can you scam the same person, what’s the limit? For May of us it’s once or twice. But uhhh there’s like tens of millions of people being scammed by the same guy every day going on 10 years now…

so these arbitrage funds went to companies with tariffs and offered to buy rights to tariff refund at discount (20% to 30% of total duties paid), the companies would take it as it is an instant revenue against possibility of no tariff refund at all
