I was just told by Chase customer service that my only PC options for my Freedom Unlimited were Sapphire cards. She said the OG wasn't an option because it's no longer available.
Anyone PC to an OG Freedom lately? Is it possible they're denying this because I had originally changed from the OG to the unlimited half a year ago? Is there something special I should have said to them?

Hang up, call again (HUCA). Try another representative.
It’s not uncommon for it to take 2-3 calls before the rep actually understands what you’re trying to do for OG Freedom PCs. It’s very much still an option for the time being.
