I run multiple groups bots and I found Monday by far is the worst day of the week to trade. I currently only trade Solana. Afternoons are more stable and predictable mornings any day of the week during the week are mostly rugs. If you're looking for the perfect day to trade that would be Thursday I don't know why that's always been the best day that I've seen. Have you guys seen any patterns?

I been trading crypto since 2013….no such thing as a best day to trade or a worst day to trade …..I have made massive gains , and had massive losses everyday of the week through the years ……
