Trading alone vs with a small group what’s better?

I’ve mostly traded alone, but recently I’ve been thinking a small group might actually help.
Not to copy trades, just to share ideas, catch mistakes, and stay disciplined. Like discussing setups together but taking trades individually.
I feel like it could improve decision-making, but at the same time it might also create confusion or overthinking.
Has anyone here tried trading in a group like this? Did it help or make things worse?
