Renovating the bathroom can increase rent and home values, I know that. The bathroom needs to be renovated. Trying to see as an investor should I possibly try to go cheaper.

How much will and did you pay to renovate a bathroom.

    1. You always want to get the best quality appropriate for your property, at the lowest price possible. Without knowing what kind of property you have or the spec of your materials, nobody can answer your question with any certainty. The best thing you can do is make sure your material selections are appropriate for your area, and then go out and get multiple bids and compare them to ensure you’re getting the best price for your area.
