Applied for Citi Strata Elite 4/19. Got a message to wait for a letter in 7-10 days.
Called Citi recon line to see what's going on and was told the letter in 7-10 days will include 4506c form.
Existing Citi customer credit score 790+ (FICO and Vantage). Citi Double Cash for 9 months. AA platinum select for 4 years. Authorized user on another Citi Double Cash for 8 years. I have existing Citi online and mobile account and access.
Wondering if others are in the same boat? I thought Citi fixed this since the WSJ article and Citi Strata Elite private link vs. public link debacle at launch. For the record, this was just the generic 75k sub on the public Citi website.
Citi Strata Elite still requiring 4506c form despite existing customer.

Interesting they’re still pulling 4506c on existing customers with your profile, that’s a pretty strong file to be getting extra scrutiny on
Were you over any internal Citi credit limits total? sometimes that triggers extra verification regardless of score
all of this for no proprietary airport lounges is wild
dump the card. plenty of other cards. any bank this nosy is not worth the hassle. same for any bank that i apply that want me to send them proof of income. screw that bs.
Is this only for Elite or Strata Premier also?
