Hi guys, looking for some honest feedback.
I’ve been investing last 2 years. Invested 38k and I’m on 16.5k profit. I have 31 assets ranging from defence, AI, spf500 stocks, space.
Based on how much I’ve invested should the profit look bigger? Or am I doing okay?

43% returns in 2 years is really good. Considering the market does 10% on average a year.
You did catch a nice bull market and also profits mean nothing until you realise them. So it technically doesn’t matter where you are right now if you intend to sell them in 20 years. I’d rather be up 40% than down 40% though!
I’d be happy with that if i were you though for sure.
That’s pretty solid. ~16.5k on 38k over 2 years is strong performance, especially for a newer investor. Only thing I’d question is the 31 assets part; that’s a lot of slicing. You might be accidentally diluting your winners instead of letting conviction positions run. Though If you need further help about this, I suggest checking out tryLattice! cheers (:
It is a good start. Assuming the goal is long term investing, 31 assets gives good diversification. Just check if not concentrated on those industries you mentioned. AI / Defense had a big bull run recently. Will this hold? No one knows – but in the long term diversification will give you peace of mind.
