What crypto wallets do people actually trust in the US right now?
I’ve been reading a lot about exchanges, but I keep seeing people say “not your keys, not your coins”, so I’m trying to understand the wallet side better.
For someone starting out in the US, what do you guys actually use and why?
Are hardware wallets really worth it early on, or is it overkill at the beginning?

I am still new to this all but have been researching it a bit myself and posted basically the same thing the other day (might be worth a dig through the comments)
Most people were saying anything over 0.01 bitcoin is a good idea to get a wallet. I settled on a ledger nano x and it’s a great little unit. If everything goes well I may also grab a ledger flex but that’s mainly because I like gadgets and not because I need another
