Hello! Looking for any suggestions on what I might be able to do in the situation.
I applied for the AA Card with 80k miles back in December, and the card didn't arrive within the promotional period (despite 7+ cards sent, speaking with MANY representatives, and speaking with USPS several times). I had a request for an extension sent over, but they declined it due to the offer being "for a limited time" with an expiration date that cannot be extended.
A supervisor I spoke with stated there was nothing I could do, except for close the card and re-apply… but the deal is now just for 65k (and I worry about getting blacklisted).
Can anyone think of any other way for me to try and get this resolved?

It costs you nothing to file a CFPB complaint. Frankly, I would have done that several months ago.
You can also try escalating to the Citi executive office. They tend to have more ability to fix things than front-line CSRs.
