Dashcam footage question (US)

If I got hit in an intersection (solid green) by someone running a red light, are there any potential drawbacks to sharing my dashcam footage if it shows me going 10mph over the speed limit? I was following another person at their speed. (35 in a 25, used to be 35 but they changed it recently-ish). The other person is unmistakably at fault, but ran off, so they might be uninsured. The police also would like the footage so not sure about that…
