I am 32 years old and have an old 403b with a little over $23,600 from previous job. When I set it up I didn’t really know what I was doing so I just went with whatever sounded safe and contributed whatever percentage got me the best employer match. It’s pretty much just been sitting there growing for the last 2.5 years since I left that job, and it does seem to be doing fine on its own. The management fee for the fund it’s invested in (FID FREEDOM 3060 K6 (FVTKX)) is 0.45%. Should I just leave it as it is, or Is it better to attempt to roll it over to my current 403b or transfer it to my IRA etc?

ETA: the 1-year return on my Roth IRA is 99.41%, the fund the 403b is in has had a 1-year annualized return of 23.31%. Since I have an active 503b which is fairly conservative, I’m trying to decide if it is advisable that I funnel the old inactive 493b into higher risk-higher reward self managed IRA? Unsure what my risk tolerance should be at my age.

You could leave it there an let it ride. That sounds like an appropriate TDF if that’s the case. Alternative is to roll it to an IRA and buy VOO/VXUS for .05% expense ratio.
