The US admins constant jawbone and rugpull do not instil confidence that 90 WTI will last.

Was anyone expecting the US to increase production? They’ve been maxed out for years. It’s why they wanted to expand Keystone to keep their refineries busy. Canada and Venezuela have greater capacity to expand.
Libya by comparison is pumping an extra million barrels a day.
