I believe the full message says something like there may be processing delays so they are putting you on a 60 day processing forbearance while they process your recertification application. Wait this happened to me too when I switched from SAVE last month. They put me in some automatic forbearance while they process the IBR paperwork even though I already submitted everything. The whole system is mess right now with all the SAVE changes – took like 6 weeks for mine to actually go through to IBR properly.
