I looked into DSCR loans for similar property last year and rates were definitely higher than what local credit unions were offering at time. Most online lenders I checked were running 1-2% above traditional financing but they close much faster if that matters to your situation
Local banks might have better rates but their underwriting process takes forever especially for multi unit properties
