Yes. Same here. I called and they said I was not responsible for these loans. Not sure why they appear on my account now.
My main servicer is aidvantage and the PPL are through nelnet. I cannot access the PPL through nelnet.
Hope this gets resolved soon.

Yes, lots of people. Not sure why yet. It may be some sort of database issue. PPLs are linked by SSN to the student, so it is possible something got messed up so that any loan with the student’s SSN included now shows up

It’s been a common error since the weekend site update. They are aware of the issue, and it may take a while to fix, but the loans are not yours and they should not affect you.
