Good afternoon,

I was just hired by a broker in FL. All of my background had passed but one of the carriers found a felony that was pre trial diversion over 10 years ago. They are asking for a form I am not familiar with. I've been in the industry for several years and never had this issue. What advice do you guys have to move forward accordingly?

Be upfront and disclose everything on that form—carriers care more about honesty than the issue itself, especially if it was over 10 years ago and pre-trial diversion. You might get declined by some, but others will still appoint you.
