Seeing more people talk about long-term holding instead of constant trading. It feels like many are focusing on patience and steady accumulation now.
Do you think holding Bitcoin over time still works better than trying to trade short-term moves?
Curious to hear different views.
Is long-term holding (HODL) still the best strategy for Bitcoin?

Yes. But you need the balls to hold 10 years minimum.
Bought at 17-20k seen it drops to 3k. Never sold a Satoshi.
Trading is for suckers “trying” to make a quick buck. Will fail. HODL is king.
Always
Yes. Next question.
I discovered recently it depends on if you intend to learn or do any trading. Once you’ve learnt how to identify price reversals it becomes very difficult to sit on your hands when you feel reasonably confident the price is gonna go south.
Most people don’t lose because they picked the wrong asset. They lose because they size it like it shouldn’t move.
HODL works IF you can sit through a 30%-50% drawdown without touching it.
Most people can’t. So they trade, overreact, and end up doing worse.
It’s less about the strategy, more about whether your sizing matches your tolerance.
