That’s not the “All-Time High”.
According to macrotrends, the ATH was June 2022 at $4.798.
EDIT: Google says it was March 2022 at $5.107.

This sub continues to show that most posters just spew nonsense they see somewhere else. Gas all time high was $5.01 nationally. Your chart only goes back to 2024 but since you can’t read you probably saw a headline that said it reached a record for the year and misinterpreted it.
