I am a victim of credit card fraud, but the bank closed the dispute against me and keeps demanding to pay my credit card money,is there any way to waive off that amount?

that’s really frustrating when banks don’t side with you on fraud cases 😤 did you file a police report for the fraud? sometimes having that official documentation helps when you escalate to higher levels at bank or even file complaint with regulatory authorities
also check if you reported the fraud in the timeframe they require – some banks are really strict about those deadlines unfortunately
What exactly was the rationale they gave for closing, what sort of timeframes are we talking here, and what were the circumstances of the fraud (as in, stolen wallet, random unknown charge out of the blue, friend/relative running up you balance, etc.)?
