Hello, I’m 21m. I’m traveling this year (in November; Japan) and I’m looking to see what card would best suit me. With the credit card, i do plan to try to travel once a year, this will be my first year doing so. Anything helps!

ip coming up, i’d probably skip the amex gold since you’re not hitting heavy dining/grocery numbers to justify the annual fee. the capital one venture x could work well if you can hit that signup bonus before november, plus it has good travel protections for international trips
navy federal flagship might be easiest approval since you already have relationship with them, and no foreign transaction fees is clutch for japan
