It’s a good think for the oligarchy & the feckless Boomer uniparty that Gen-Zs are too docile, distracted, & dumbed-down to react to their epic intergenerational rat-f*cking as the national debt piles up.

Add some new words to your word-sausage generator please!

You could just say “buy gold”
just wait til GDP drops in the next recession!
this is so funny the creative accounting noone else does:
why dont you count the money owed to social security as well? instead it is called „unfunded liabilities“
add that up the real debt burden is 175% unless ofc you never want to pay ppl social security they have been paying into
Remember whgen Trump was going to eliminate the national debt and increase GDP to 6-7%? lol
Republicans: not better for economy
Boo randy / key brief
The trump voter
You got us into this mess.
Its been downhill since 2016.
If only we had Hillary as POTUS.
You want to see things improve? Stop spewing whatever rot is in your head, and listen for a change…starting with accepting this:
Both sides are not the same. There is no “uniparty”
There is the fucking terrible gop which have been turning the country into a flaming dumpster and the “kind of bad” dems.
Support for the dems in a two party system is the first step toward any improvement. We must remove support for the gop as they exist and that will create the necessity for a new party to thrive.
The real solutions would be shifting to a more representative parliamentary type legislature and also repealling the cap on congress which stops gerrymandering and also means we have more power over our representatives.
Thanks for listening, Key Boo Brief Randy
Is DOGE still doing great work?
Consumer debt is also high at 18 trillion
But we need a ballroom, guys!!
Trump doing what he does best. I mean the other choice was a racially ambiguous woman who had boring plans to actually help people.
Did anyone actually expect America to make a sane choice? I mean, really?
It did this back in 1946 when the Debt was 106% of GDP. Back then it was because we spent a lot of money to get rid of Nazis and Facists in other countries. This time its because we elected Fascists in Republican’s clothing since 1980 and they collectively added over $24TRILLION to the debt by cutting taxes on the top 1% while shredding the social safety net our ancestors had built for all of us and replacing it with the Military Industrial Complex and Dynasty-friendly inheritence laws.
So, here’s the actual history of the Debt since 1981.
$1.936 TRILLION added by Reagan 1981-1989 (incr 353%)
3.765 TRILLION added for service on the debt created by Reagan in 39 years
6.103 TRILLION added by jrbush 2001-2009 (incr 109%)
3,653 TRILLION added for service on debt created by jrbush in 16 years
9.300 TRILLION added by tRump’s 4-year disaster (incr 45.2% in 4yrs)
$24.754TRILLION Debt due to the Reagan, jrbush and tRump administrations
As for inherited wealth, in 2001, our inheritence laws were such that over 60,000 estates were taxed, contributing $54BILLION to the National Treassury. By 2025, only 2500 estates were taxed contributing a whopping $14Billion in taxes. The total value of estates processed in 2025 was $1.9TRILLION, an effective tax rate for inherited wealth of 0.7%.
In 1946 the top marginal rate was 94%, and most inheritences over $60,000 were taxed like personal income to the heirs. By 1970, the economy had grown so muich faster than the debt that the Debt was only 25% of GDP. During that quarter century not a single executive quit their jobs because taxes were too high and not a single wealthy family left the country to escape the anti-aristocracy nature of our inheritence taxes.
Since 1970, the Uberrich had done a masterful job of making people think a Nation must operate like a family to be fiscally responsible, and huge Dynsatic fortunes are a thing to be prized and protected in America. We put the Debt under control for what was the most propstrous 40 years in our history, and the only reason we cannot do that again is we have too many elected Republicans and no laws to prevent people spreading lies with no consequence.
Let’s begin the healling by removing the Republican majorities in both houses of Congress next November.
