I’ve spoken with a CEO of the company I had a B2B contract as a lead AI engineer. I told him I decided to start building my own AI agency. He said it’s a good idea and told me I should start selling a lot to get used to it.
Even though, I’m not afraid of cold calls or meetings I’m not sure what’s the most efficient way to show myself to the market. All I can say is, I know how to build agentic AI pipelines and workflows, how and when to build and train custom models, and how to optimize instead of spending tons of money on burning tokens.
Any of more experienced fellows here would like to give some advices? You can also ask me about any tech stuff about AI and ML. Happy to share my knowledge.
Cheers
Today I’ve decided to stop being a B2B contractor and risk all into agency
