    In short:

    – I was involved in car wreck November 2025 (I was rear-ended)

    – I went to the ER day-of, and was diagnosed with a concussion and whiplash

    – I missed a week of work due to injuries

    – I’ve had continuous issues since, and was just told by a neurologist that I have “post-concussion symptoms”

The other peoples’ insurance finally paid out to have my car fixed recently. I’m glad for that.

But regarding my injuries and the effects they’ve had since, and all the costs involved in trying to find a sense of normalcy again — I’m wondering if there’s anything to be done regarding seeing some amount of money back. I haven’t heard anything else from the other peoples’ insurance company after fighting with them to pay for my car’s repairs.

I’m not wanting or expecting some giant payday, but help with the medical costs would be ideal. I can’t currently afford the physical therapy needed for my neck and back, and I have a lot of expensive copays from getting imaging done and seeing a specialist.

I’ve reached out to the other peoples’ insurance and have left voicemails, but haven’t heard anything from them.

I was in contact with an adjuster about getting my car repaired, but there were lapses in communication that were very frustrating. Would the same adjuster also handle the injury part of the claim?

Is it my responsibility to reach out to them?

Involved in a car wreck and other peoples’ insurance has not said anything about my injuries. What do I do?

I’d start sending them medical bills. That should get a response. Email, fax, or upload them into your claim online.

    2. Why was it such a hassle to get your car paid for? What was the delay?

Do you have a specific bodily injury adjuster assigned?
