So after completing the sub for my Citi strata card last month I knew I eventually wanted to PC it to a Custom Cash Card. I continued using my card for most of my purchases for this month and called today to switch it. Switch was successful BUT I think they reclassified my points for this statement (which closes tomorrow) into the Custom Cash rewards points. I figured they would leave the accumulating points for this statement as the old strata rewards but it looks like its now the custom cash point system which really screws me over since most of my spend was all over the place, anyone had a similar situation or is the best course of action is calling Citi to see what they can do? Thanks in advance obvious noob to the CC game….
I think I messed up and lost a lot of thank you points by doing a PC early…

yeahhh if you are under a year you will likely get your SUB clawed back. If over a year you will lose the strata points from this statement but guessing you will lose the sub just based off what i see here.
Strata and Custom Cash both use Thank You points. I don’t understand what you mean about changing your points.
