Mailed in 2022 taxes 4 months ago, haven’t heard anything back?

I am expecting a refund for my 2022 taxes and this was the last year I was allowed to claim it. I mailed in paper returns for state and federal in January of 2026. Within a couple weeks, I received a notice from the state that they received my return and my refund was being applied towards another debt I owed. I haven’t received anything in regard to my federal, and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone through their automated system. Any thoughts?
