I have never had this happen with any other credit card company! I applied for a Savor card and was approved but had to send pic of license…ok did that. Then they called a family members number (shows in public records i guess?) and left a code on VM for me to call back. Ok did that and they said I was verified. They send me the card in the mail but when I tried to sign up apparently they have a really old checking account on file with an old number I no longer have. I try to get code with current numbers and it gives the standard error code. I call and they said I need to send picture of license Again along with a bank statement. Ok did that. Now it is still not resolved, my account is "restricted" and customer service keeps transferring and nobody can help. Is there another line with US reps or a higer up team that can do something?? This is really ridiculous.

    *Also no my number is NOT in my name. I am on a family account and don't have numbers in my name thanks to my insane, stalker, dangerous ex…so if they demand a number in my name…nope I won't use them!

    After sending a picture of my driver's license twice and then bank statement CapOne still cannot verify…
