I have been using my new AAA Advantage card for a couple months now and accumulated enough cash back that I would like to redeem it to my checking account but that option is greeyd out online. I have paid in full my balance with the same checking account but I see a notice that you can only redeem cash back from an acclunt that you have paid with in the past. I have done that and its still not an option so I am wondering whats going on. I sent a message to customer support 2 days ago but crickets.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how or how long did it take to get resolved.

try calling them and see if they will initiate the redemption
Apply as a statement credit, pay the bill and enjoy your cash back from the reduced payment.
