so I stopped buying drinks when I’m out (coffee, soda, whatever) and just started carrying a water bottle everywhere
didn’t think it would matter that much, but I checked my bank app after a month and it was kinda wild
I was easily spending £3-£5 a day without thinking about it
now it’s basically zero most days
it’s not some huge life hack, but it added up way faster than cutting bigger things I stressed over
anyone else have a “small change” like this that actually made a difference?
switching this one habit saved me way more than I expected

I totally agree with you! All those little expenses add up fast. Plus, you are staying healthy by just drinking water and not sugary drinks. That stuff is sneaky too but to the waistline. So win win for you!
Started splitting a full pound of ground beef in half and subbing in the rest for beans or lentils. Lost a little weight too.
