MOHELA Refund – still waiting

I decided to switch loan services over the winter, for a few reasons:

1. MOHELA was taking my payments and not posting in a timely manner.

2. Customer service was awful.

3. I was able to get a lower interest rate, by 2%.

I was paying an extra $75 a month and it wasn't making a dent on my balance.

Anyhow, I made my last payment to MOHELA in December, during the loan switch over MOHELA never posted the payment. So they owe me money, I have tried sitting on the phone for 3 hours only to get disconnected.

Has anyone gotten their money back from them?
