We bought in 2014 for 134k
and selling 2026 for 285k
My real estate agent says it's only been 2 weeks and to chill. She has had 4 showings and all are concerned about the hvac being the same since 2007.
I need it sold like now. It was vacant and renovated from March 17th till April 14th. On the market April 15th.
I told her to offer 5k to help if hvac gets broken and she just says hvac is 8k. So maybe I should ask her to lower the price 8k?
We live 10min from a base too. My husband says soldiers will move in around June so maybe wait 2 more months. The average house sold in the area is 3 months.
what's the best course of action to sell faster?
Selling a house for the first time and nervous when it will sell.

Just lower the price 20k geez.
4 showings in 2 weeks during peak selling season means the price is too high. And not 5k too high, like at least 5% too high.
House will sell in days if priced right
Give concessions instead 5,000 towards air conditioning and wait for inspection to see if they find anything that needs repairs . Thats what I would do
