This began in January of this year and i just caught it today. I asked for a full refund as they said it was an error on their part. They are now telling me that they can only refund the past 3 month and not the total 5 month i have been billed. Has this happened to anyone else? I am escalating things now.
Credit one credit card automatically enrolled me into an $18 a month credit protection program without my consent and knowledge.

CreditOne is a predatory issuer, I’m surprised they even refund three months, must be a law.
You should move away from them ASAP.
Credit One is terribly predatory. This is exactly why people suggest avoiding them.
With that said, this was surely in the terms and conditions that you agreed to but didn’t read upon account opening.
