Im 31 years old now, single and no kids.
All I have been doing in the US is saving and working, not contributing to any ROTH IRA or investments. I used to play with crypto and webull but I’ve stopped since most of my money goes to paying bills and helping around the house with my family. Yes I pay taxes and there’s no guarantee I’ll get any of my SS benefits back unless I happen to be lucky enough to get a green card or citizenship.
I get paid about $3800/month after taxes, $2800 goes into bills and needs. I only save about $1000/month but I have little hope for my future in this country I end up using about half to go on trips and enjoy myself with my family and friends at least once a month.
I know this might sound like a rant or unwise of me to do, but I want to know what other people do who are in similar position as I am? Do you continue to save and invest here in the US because you plan to build a life here and retire? Or are you planning your escape after you reach a certain amount?
Any DACA people contributing?

No matter where you plan to go, you will need cash with you. Are you able to invest it in a retirement account? You can still access retirement accounts outside of the USA.
