I started trying to save money because life got expensive, but weirdly the more “frugal” habits I picked up, the less stressed I became overall. Cooking at home, deleting shopping apps, fixing things instead of replacing them immediately, even just walking more instead of driving everywhere sometimes. I originally did it to save money, but a lot of it actually made life feel simpler and healthier too. Curious what habit started as a money-saving thing for you but ended up improving your life in general?"

What’s the most unexpectedly frugal habit that actually improved your life?

Indoor plants growing – you really don’t need much.
Ex. You get Chia seeds and you can use them for desserts or drinks, but you can also grow your on chia salad on the small tray and paper towel.
