hii everyone!! i’m curious to know what do you guys recommend or think i’d the best pair for ventura x if my goal is to not use my miles points until my 30s ? i’m planning to just save them all until then (im 26).
I’ve been thinking of getting a hotel credit card and spending it save up points to use on hotel stays in the future but also not sure if that’s a good idea just want to see if anyone knows a good gameplan based off my goals?

venture x is solid for flexible points but if you’re hoarding until 30s maybe look at hotel cards that give free night certificates annually – those don’t expire like points sometimes do. chase world of hyatt or marriott bonvoy cards give you anniversary nights even if you don’t spend much, so you’re basically getting free hotels just for keeping card open

Points tend to devalue over time, especially hotel points because hotels can easily increase the amount of points required to book a room. So I wouldn’t recommend getting a hotel credit card and saving up points until you’re 30.
For now, I would pair the VX with the capital one savor so you can earn more points within the same ecosystem, and plus you’ll have the flexibility to get the savor one rewards as cash back.
Another good candidate is the Wells Fargo autograph because that’s a workhorse for earning points.
