I am employee of the month. every month. I am the highest producing agent in the company. I have received every possible award.
I own my own company though…and there are no other agents
but on a serious note… it probably means that they are decent at using CRM and getting clients. does not always correlate into the best agent but it usually shows a decent level of competency.
the best agent I ever used before I became one was strictly an investor agent that did very little business but he was super knowledgeable and was smarter than 99% of agents. he was the one that kickstarted my rental portfolio
