Is anyone else tracking HAV? A$220M MarketCap, under A$2m debt, but they’re sitting on A$105m in cash.
SFR(A$7.8B Marketcap) bought into their Kalkaroo project. If things go well, another A$105m lands in 18 months. SFR also gave A$30M just for exploration – no questions asked. This gives HAV enough cash buffer. They're fully funded to spin up their remaining copper, gold, and uranium assets.
Risk/reward seems solid. Am I missing a catch?

Havilah Resources (HAV) is sitting on $105M cash, <$2M debt, and a pipeline of copper, gold, uranium, cobalt and Iron ore. Looks fab!

It does look interesting at first glance, but keep in mind HAV is still an exploration company, not a producer. Cash on hand is great, but exploration burns through it fast, and most juniors never make it to actual production. SFR taking a stake is cool, but big miners take small positions in tons of juniors—it’s not a guarantee of success.
The metals list sounds impressive, but without feasibility studies, permitting, and a path to production, it’s basically just rocks in the ground. Not saying it’s bad, just that the risk/reward is way higher than it looks from the surface numbers.
