My loan payments started up again and I had to do a serious audit of my spending. I realized I was dropping almost a hundred bucks a month at the coffee shop next to campus. I have a major sweet tooth and I kept getting those new purple seasonal drinks. I finally put my foot down and just cut it off completely.
I bought a cheap milk frother and some of that ubesuperfood powder online to try and make it myself. It honestly tastes better than the drive-thru lol. Their version is so inconsistent and always tastes like fake sugar. It feels stupid to get excited about saving six dollars a day but seeing that money go towards my interest instead of a cup of sugar water feels really good. What was the first luxury item you guys cut out when you got serious about paying down your debt?
It sounds dumb but making coffee at home is actually saving me
