Has anyone gotten refunds from Bitcoin Merch?
I had "pre-ordered" some miners from them back in December. The site claimed shipping would start in 6-8 weeks. Then nothing, I sent an inquiry email and was told that it would ship in April. Well April came and went, the 120 days for a refund is void. They have not responded to my emails or updated me the whole month of April.
Well, April came and went, and the 120-day refund period has expired.
Like I'll eat the $800 loss, but damn.
Does anyone have a similar experience with them?

They are super slow and way overpriced

I have ordered from them, they ship from China (I’m in the US) so delivery is really long. Finally got my miner, but not sure I would ever order from them again.
