Moving this Summer and new house will be 35 min from Costco, 10 min from BJs. I love Costco, never stepped foot inside a BJs
Worth it to have both memberships? Was thinking we'd go to Costco less frequently and load the truck up with bulk stuff like paper towels, tp, water, trash bags, detergent etc. And go to BJs more frequently for grocery/perishable type stuff
There's also a Kroger and an Aldi within 10 min so not sure if BJs is worth it over those for smaller stuff. And there's a Sam's but it's over by the Costco so no point

No. Just do Costco and go to Aldi/Kroger in between trips.
if you’re already a Costco fan, you might wanna keep that membership for the bulk buys. but for regular groceries, BJs could be handy, especially if you find it cheaper than Kroger or Aldi. maybe start with just one and see how it goes?
